2021 Spotlight Personal Statement
My name is Grace Butler. I am an Junior at Valley View High School in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I am a right handed Centerfielder and the lead off left side slapper/hitter. For so long, I practiced, trained and dreamed of my Sophomore softball season, but a national pandemic had other plans for that after a perfect, but way too short 5-0 season. We came back strong for my Jr. Season. We were the Bearcat Blast Champs, Conference Champs, and Regional Runners Up. I was awarded All Coference player for the season. I play Summer/Fall ball with Scott Shankle's Arkansas Nemesis team. I am undecided to what college I would like to play for, but know that it is all in His timing.
