I am currently in my sophomore year of high school which has been wonderful and rewarding in many ways. I was fortunate to be selected by my coach to be in the starting lineup playing middle blocker on our high school varsity team. I had some big shoes to fill as our previous middle is now playing D1 volleyball. We had a very successful season at 37-2 and won our 4th straight state championship and finished in the top 100 nationally. I had 235 kills and hitting percentage of .402 and 97 blocks. I was honored to make all conference and be selected to the Arkansas All Prep Team and selected to highest honorable mention Soph 79 by Prep Volleyball. I am looking forward to this JO club season and working on jumping and quickness training in the off season. Academics and giving back to the community are also very important to me. I have a 4.0 GPA including AP and other advanced classes and participate in volunteer organizations such as Crown Club and operation Christmas Child at my church. My long term goal is to play volleyball in college and compete at the highest level possible along with continuing a successful academic career. Another one of my long term goals is becoming a Dermatologist. I believe I have an understanding on the hard work and dedication it will take to achieve these goals and am dedicated to what it takes to reach them. I can't wait to see what my future holds.
