Hello, Coach. Thanks so much for taking the time to view my profile. My name is Sarah Wynn and I am a 3rd baseman and middle infielder for the White Rock Renegades 02a. I was bon on May 16, 2002 in Burnaby, British Columbia and I am graduating in 2020. I have been passionate about everything I do for as long as I can remember and if you want someone who is dedicated, determined, and will leave everything out on the field during the game, then I think I would be a great fit for your school. I have played softball from a very young age and it has always been my favourite thing to do. I have played at a competitive level for as long as I have had the chance to and I want to continue to do so at my post-secondary institute. Through softball I have learned to accept failure as a learning experience. This game is about failure and if you let that get to you instead of learning from it, this is not the sport to play. I have been on multiple teams that have fallen apart for multiple reasons, but I have never let that stop me from playing the game I love and it has allowed me to learn and develop as a player with the help of many talented coaches. I do not know what I would do or where I would be without this sport in my life and I do not want to find out. I am very strong at balancing my time, so I would definitely be able to balance my athletic and academic schedule throughout college/university. I am a great student and stay on top of all my assignments well despite my busy schedule and would continue to do so throughout my whole academic career. My plan at university is to study psychology and get a career in social work or therapy. When I am not playing softball or attending school, I like to spend time with my family or friends. I spend a lot of time with my friends when I can because of my busy schedule and because they are so important to me. My family is also very important to me because they have supported me through all the ups and downs of my softball career. I would not be where I am without their help and their constant reassurance. In the end, I am still just a young girl with a dream of playing college softball. Thank you again for your interest and I hope to speak with you soon.
