Perseverance, Passion, and Endurance, a quality, a feeling and an ability. This is how softball has shaped and influenced my life. When I step out on the field I am prepared to win every time. I visualize making a double play, throwing down a runner in a pickle, diving for a ball and stopping it, popping up and executing a perfect throw for the out. I visualize helping my teammates by hitting every time I get up to bat, so that I can move the line. I visualize myself uplifting and comforting my teammates when mistakes are made and there are vital lessons to be learned from those experiences. I visualize having a healthy body and mind, making this a reality by practicing softball in some capacity every day, running independently, and eating healthy food to sustain my body. I visualize myself playing softball in college at a collegiate level. I visualize myself going college to become a Special Education teacher, as I have a love for children and a passion for helping those less fortunate. Perseverance, passion, and endurance, a quality, a feeling and an ability. I have the perseverance to attain my goals, the passion to teach what I have learned to others, and the endurance to make my dreams a reality. This is how I visualize my life.
