2017 Hitting Game...Personal Statement
My goal is to play collegiate softball while attaining a business degree, so the college I'm seeking must have a good business program. I've been playing softball since I was 5 years old, and it continues to be my passion. I'm a lefty power hitter that can hit all areas of the outfield. I have good foot work at 1B, a strong arm, I catch anything that comes my way, talks on the field, and respects the game. What I'm learning as I get older, is the importance of staying in top physical condition, not only for peak performance, but also to avoid injuries. To this end, I maintain a demanding daily physical fitness schedule that allows me to play at my best.
I'm seeking a college, with a competitive team. I take pride in my grades and work hard to maintain a good GPA, so I'm also looking for a college that matches my academic achievements. I want nothing more than to please my coach(es) and teammates, and will play where I'm best suited for the team's success. I'm very coachable, eager to continue developing my skills, and a cooperative person that likes to lift my teammates.
