My name is Mia brown, I am a Native American from Santa Ysabel Band of Mission IIpay Nation, and Barona Band of Mission Kumeyaay Nation. I am born and raised out of San Diego, CA living in Santa Ysabel, CA. I am attending Ramona High School out of Ramona, CA class of 2023, and made varsity softball my freshman year. I am playing on the Athletics Mercado 16U Carden travel team as a second baseman/outfielder. My GPA ending my Sophomore year was a 3.00 and my intended major for college is Criminal Justice / Criminology. I have been apart of 4-H for 6 years and am now apart if the Ramona FFA Chapter. I currently am active in my third year of FFA having my Greenhand, Chapter, and State degrees. I want to play college softball because I want to be pushed past my limits and continue my love for the game with new heights and drive from not only the coaches but upperclassmen to look up to and learn from. I believe playing a competitive sport betters you as an individual both on and off the field. Thank you for your time and consideration!
