I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old. I joined my first travel ball team at 14. This sport has molded my life in so many ways, teaching me life lessons at every step along the way. I've learned how to prioritize, how to focus on a goal and not stop until I've attained it. I've learned that teamwork isn't just a word, but an attitude and I've learned that confidence and belief in myself and my abilities will serve me well. My desire is to play softball in college and to someday coach a young girls’ team.
