I'm a 5'8 160lb shortstop from Salinas, California. I graduate from Salinas High School in 2023, and I was the starting shortstop on their Varsity softball team as a freshman. I also play volleyball and basketball competitively. In addition to sports, I also raise pigs through 4-H, and I am an active member in my high school's FFA chapter.
I consider softball to be the biggest influence in my life, and I like to relate any obstacles in life to the game. A bad test score is a strikeout, and I have the next at bat to bring up my grade. I also really enjoy the feeling of community in not only softball, but all sports. For the most part, my teammates are all on the same page academically and mentally; meaning they are striving to achieve real goals and will help me on my journey to achieve mine!
I am looking forward to college, where I want to study something in the area of agriculture, as I grew up around family farms and ranches. In my mind, college is an opportunity to get out and make lifelong memories, so I am very willing to travel for school. I am confident that my skills can be used on any team, and I always work my hardest to create the best outcome for my team.
