I have been playing since I was eleven years old and have always wanted to play at the highest level possible. Playing softball for a college that suits my interests is my highest goal.
I’m highly versatile on the field and I am always willing to try a new position if need be. I try to encourage my teammates to succeed even in the roughest of innings and remain coachable.
I feel that the drive to better yourself as a person on and off the field is a crucial part of softball. A positive attitude towards coaches, teachers, and peers while overcoming a difficult situation is important to not only athletic successs but academic success. Your comeback has to be stronger than your setback and it is important to work towards bettering yourself.
I strive to be academically successful and make sure that while I’m working hard at becoming a better player, I’m also pushing myself in the classroom. I push myself to improve everyday mentally, physically, and emotionally.
