I’m primarily a right hander pitcher and hitter and have played all positions except catcher. I live with both my parents and am the oldest of four children. I started playing softball when I was eight years old. I just finished my sophomore year in high school which was cut short due to COVID and I am a starter for the team. Last year I played for the 16U Rhode Island Rampage AAU softball program, and am now playing for the 18U Rhode Island Waves team coaches by Scott Lesiuk. Besides playing softball I also enjoy playing basketball and volleyball as well as helping out Putnam Little league, Woodstock Little League as an umpire.
What I love about softball is that I get to show people my accomplishments and my passion for what I love to do. All of my accomplishments in softball are getting to do all of my different pitches as a pitcher. This year I started throwing a rise ball. My passion for softball is to learn and teach others about the game of softball as well as for myself to keep learning about the game of softball. My academic grades in school are A’s and B’s. I’ve made the honor roll every quarter since the sixth grade. I would like to major in Sports Management and become a coach, a scout or even an athletic director. I was inspired by my coaches to become a coach to help others and I would like to help the schools out with sports as best as I can.
I am a good candidate for your school and your softball program because I give 100% into everything that I do. I set high standards for myself not only in the classroom but on the field as well. I consider myself to be a good role model for my teammates as well as others who look up to me. I have a great personality. I work hard, whether it’s in the classroom or on the field. I also tend to be a leader on and off the field.
