Daphne Specht '28 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches!

My name is Daphne Specht, I am 15 years old from South Windsor CT, and I love to play softball. I play travel softball for the CT Bombers 14U White, out of Franklin CT and I play for the varsity softball team at South Windsor High School. My primary position is catcher, I also play 1st and 3rd. I am a freshman at South Windsor High School, I have a 3.9 GPA. I have achieved 14 high honors since starting my education. I am a dedicated, hard worker when it comes to my school work and athletics. I have always been told to put my education first and I make sure to do that as a student-athlete. I make sure that my character reflects on and off the field, whether its in school or on the softball field. I do my best to be a good teammate, help when needed and look for anyone that needs a boost. I also help my coaches when they ask, and respect them at all times. In my personal life I make sure that I surround myself with friends who are supportive, and in a good environment for my education. I regularly volunteer in my town's rec program to help build the softball program and inspire young athletes. I have been thinking of my future college career as a student-athlete, and I don't have a preference for what division it is. As long as I can get the best education, and earn playing time doing what I love. I'm hoping to find the right fit for me. I hope I can be that player for you, and your team.
