Home Run FootagePersonal Statement
I started softball at a young age, and since my passion for it has grown tremendously. I have worked hard at it and have grown into a great all-around player. I want to not only play for a college team, but impact the team in a positive way, and am looking for a program where I can do such. I am committed to putting everything I have into each and every inning. Playing softball has helped me learn many useful traits including teamwork, leadership, dedication, and how to do your best wherever you are. The last trait is especially important to me because although I may be a catcher I can also play every position (excluding pitcher) and take pride in the fact that I am someone a coach can put anywhere and still do well. I have high hopes on continuing my career in college and intend to continue to work hard and to see it through until the finish.
