Angelina Twist '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Angelina Twist. I have been playing softball for nearly 10 years now, and I never plan on stopping. My dream since 6th grade, has been to go to the best college for psychology and sociology while also playing for the best college softball team I can. I plan to get my masters in psychology while minoring in sociology. In 11th grade, I plan to take AP Psychology and AP Lang to help me get closer to my dream.  As a hitter, I can connect powerfully and consistently, and I can place the ball where it will get me the most advantages. I am constantly practicing when not in season, especially with my dad and my travel team, Team Xtreme.  My experience has made me mentally tough; if I strike-out, I go to the dug out, take a sip of water, brush it off, and continue supporting my teammates. I think supporting someone when an error is made, is crucial to the life of softball. A bad attitude can bring the whole team down. I constantly support on the field, off the field, and from the bench.  From a very young age I've wanted to devote my life to academics and softball and I am on my way to making that happen.
