Since the age of six, softball has been a major part of my life. It has taught me how to persevere, create bonds with people, and to be confident. The moment I got hooked to softball was a tournament in 12u where I played the best I ever had before. After we had won first place, I remembered all of the times where my father and I had spent time after practices and on days where we didn’t have practice working. This tournament changed the way I feel about softball because I had recently switched from hitting right handed to left handed. I had faced more difficulties than I had ever before, and my hard work had showed. My goals in Highschool is to continue to develop as a softball player and to graduate with a high GPA. I want to get into a good college that can help me become an accountant. Another goal I want to achieve is to coach softball. I want to become the kind of coach that can bring the best out of players and to show them the passion that many athletes have for softball.
