My college goal is to play competitive softball at an academically challenging school. I aspire to play on a team that loves the game as much as I do. Being on a softball team in college will create new bonds with new teammates that I will cherish for the rest of my life. It will teach me the life skills of leadership, loyalty, dependability, and how to cooperate with others. I am a good candidate because I am very coachable; I listen to my coach's instructions and I execute them to the best of my ability. For example, my coach helped me and gave me techniques on how to improve my swing, and I raised my batting average over one hundred points from freshman year to sophomore year. I am also a very hard worker, and I am always striving to do the best I can. Every off-season workout that is offered, I have always attended. When I do not have a practice or a game, I am taking extra swings on a tee or practicing blocking balls. I am a good teammate, and will always have their back every game, practice, and even off the field.
