Paige Hill '25 Recruiting Profile

My name is Paige Hill. I have been playing softball since I was 5 and started taking pitching lessons at age 8. I want to pitch at the College level and proceed to the university level. My goals for college and beyond are, study to be a Teacher, play college ball, and get a position Coaching Softball and Teaching. I like being a teammate. Though I have not been on winning teams, I have learned to lose graciously and win humblely. I do not put my teammates down but try to pick them up as I expect them to do the same. I work hard to learn and perfect my skills and willing to learn more. In athletics as well as in life you have to earn respect and go after your goals. You never bring yourself down to lower skilled teammates but help them to improve by supporting them and not tearing them down. Aside from softball I work hard in the classroom. I do my best to keep my grades up and try to participate in many non sport clubs to gain prospective of different personalities and life skills. I would make a great addition to any team because of my hard work, good work ethic, and striving to be the best for what ever the team needs me to be. I am a starting LHP for my travel ball team. When I am not pitching, I'm working hard at first base.
