Next play, that´s my mantra! The game never stops in life and softball. At 17 I figured this much out, and I want to keep playing, through the ups and downs. I work hard, prioritize, and even sacrifice to make sure I give my everything. I can juggle school, work, and family responsibilities while playing a sport I love. I may not be the best player, but I will be the best teammate. The mood of this game has taught me to be there for my softball family through the tears and the laughter.
When I graduate in 2023, I am interested in a school that offers a program in Psychology, with an emphasis on Forensics. I am intrigued by the connection between criminal behavior and mental illness. I currently work 25 hours weekly in a childcare facility while finally getting my first 4.0 GPA. I have also volunteered for multiple non-profits in the past 4 years, and will continue to do so as I understand the need to "give back."
