Hello, I'm Abby Horton ~ I'm a fast, right handed batter/middle/outfielder. Freshman year, I started on Varsity in left field. I led my team in BA, OBP, runs scored, stolen bases, and RBI's and was and was SSC All-Conference. I was the only freshman on the Chicago Tribune Daily Southtown Newspaper's All Area 2nd Team. Sophomore year, I was honored again in the Southtown's Unofficial All Area Team. Junior year, I started on Varsity as shortstop had a .532 BA, 29 RBIs, and 45 runs scored along with an All-Conference nod. Junior year I was honored with All Area and All Conference awards. Academically, I have a 4.0 GPA and I am a member of NHS and the Spanish Honors Society. I am also in Power PE, working with our Special Ed program and Be the Change, an Anti-Bullying club. I pride myself in aiming to be the best student, person, and athlete that I can be. Member of Irish Women's National Team in Summer '22.
