Personal Statement
My name is Ashley Veltman, I am a 2024 graduate at Peotone High School. I play on my varsity high school team, as well as my travel team the Illinois Stars located in Bourbonnais, Illinois. Ever since I was little I knew softball was my passion. I am very driven to become not only the best athlete, but the best student and person I can be. Something that sets me apart from other recruits is that I am mentally strong and very coachable. I believe that nothing is handed to you, you must earn everything. My dreams for after high schools is to further my education in nursing at the perfect college and play the sport I love the most.
