Sophia Olman '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello Coaches about myself. I’m very funny and I love to cheer on my teammates. Most people see me, a 5’7 145 girl, and think i’m always going to hit for power. Little do they know… I can lay down a bunt and run it out to get on base and get some offense going for my team when they need it. I may be a catcher but I am quicker than a lot of people think! My athletic background was 5 years of karate. I earned my second degree black belt at 14 years old. Karate taught me lots of discipline at a young age. With the other free time I have around school and softball I use it to volunteer at the local animal shelter to walk and foster dogs. I believe  in training hard and working to be the best I can be every single day not only for myself but for my team.
