I'm currently a senior at Sterling High School. I am taking two advanced placement classes (AP Biology and AP Literature and Composition), a dual-credit math class (Math 121/122), Government, and Economics. I am employed part-time by the Sterling Park District. I work with little kids (4-8 years old) and teach them gymnastics. My travel team is the Midwest Sluggers `05 from the Quad Cities (Illinois/Iowa area). I live about an hour away from there, in Sterling, Illinois. We recently placed 1st in the platinum bracket in the Northern NAFA National Tournament in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I batted .571 overall in that tournament, and I ended our season with a .447 batting average. After high school, I intend to achieve at least a bachelor's degree (and most likely a doctorate). I will either major in biochemistry or major in chemistry and minor in biology. I’m interested in forensic pathology as my future career.
