My coaches have taught me in order to be a good player you need total commitment, self confidence, and discipline. I am extremely close with both my high school and travel ball team. We hang out and have fun on and off the softball field. I believe our connection has a big impact on how we play as a team, which is an important factor to be successful. These characteristics make me a unique player along with my talent. I'm still learning and growing to be the best student-athlete I can be. Grades are very important to me and have the drive to get them to what I'm happy with.
I am a very competitive person on and off the field. I like to not only challenge others but to challenge myself to be better tomorrow than I was today. I take the game of softball serious but I also like to have fun. I work hard as an athlete to be the very best no matter where I am placed. I always try to be positive on and off the field and to pick up my teammates when they are down. I want to be a part of a college where I fit in academically and athletically. I will always give my 110% effort for both these categories, and be sure to always help out and be a leader.
