I am a multi sport high school athlete. I have been playing basketball, softball, and volleyball since third grade. Although I do enjoy playing them all, I particularly enjoy playing softball. In the sixth grade, I tried out for TEAM Nebraska and made one of their 13U teams. From then on, I realized that softball was something that I wanted to do in college.
My eighth grade year of high school I was very busy with my high school and club team. After recovering from a hand injury, I started a majority of the games. At the end of the season, I earned my first Varsity Letter Award.
As a Freshman, I received recognition as Second Team All-Conference in the Rolling Valley Conference, named Varsity Defensive Player of the Year, and earned my second Varsity Letter Award. During this year I broke four school records. The first was most triples in a game with two, most triples in a season with 8, most all-time triples with 8, and the highest slugging percentage with .671.
Besides playing softball for my high school team, I enjoy playing on club teams. I played on TEAM Nebraska in Omaha for three years. Recently, I have joined the Bellevue Elite 16u team in Bellevue. I played on that team for one and a half seasons and then decided to part ways. For the 2019-2020 season, I have decided to play for Easton Prodigy-Elite 18u Glause. I am very very excited to be part of a new organization and play with new teammates.
Other than softball, I enjoy playing basketball and volleyball. In volleyball, I have been selected two years in a row to be on the West Harrison Volleyball All Tournament Team, earned two Varsity Letter Awards, Team Captain, Hustle Award, and Varsity Offensive and Defensive Award. My freshman year of basketball, I earned a Varsity Letter Award, Rookie of the Year, and the Hustle Award.
I am on many school teams and a club team, but I make time for all of my academics. It is very important for me to maintain my GPA to further my education in college.
