My name is Lily. I am a hardworking softball player. Softball allows me to be a part of a team and strengthens my teamwork skills. It also has taught me that when we make mistakes, they cannot be taken back. We can only learn from those mistakes and improve. One thing outside of softball is my career for the future, engineering. I hope that softball and my 4.0 GPA will help me get into a college that can help me on this path.
Softball is important to me, but I am sure to put school and my family before it. I make sure I maintain my current GPA and still make time for my family. When I get free time, I use it to expand my knowledge with one of my other passions, which is reading. My dad had once asked me how it was juggling school, a beta club I am in, and softball. I told him that it is a challenge, but I enjoy challenges. They give you something to work toward. Without any challenges, we are nothing.
