My accomplishments:
I am a 4th year varsity starting pitcher having led my high school team (Monomoy Regional High School) as four time League Champions. I am a three time League MVP and three time league All star as I finish my Junior year.
I was hand picked by the Softball Factory scouting staff at one of my recent tournaments as a Pre-Season All American in January 2018. (Please see below for my evaluation summary by Lee Ann Jarvis)
In 2017, I was sought out and was coached by former two time Gold Medal Olympic Coach, Ralph Raymond. I was chosen as one of two pitchers from New England to be an Eagle on his 18U showcase team.
In 2015, I was fortunate to be able to work with the Chinese Olympic team and their pitching coach at Springfield College in Springfield, Ma.
My strengths include my stamina and mental confidence on the mound. I am a team leader. Keeping my head up during the game is very important under any and all circumstances. I believe the key to success is maintaining a positive attitude. I have been complimented by my private, as well as, team coaches for being very coachable. and having excellent work ethic. I thrive on any knowledge that I receive, taking in all perspectives, making them my own, and using them to my teams advantage.
Having always played above my age level and level of competition, has increased maturity level on and off the field. I have always strived to play to the next level in hopes of playing for a highly competitive school at the collegiate level.
I am interested in going to school for Forensic psychology/criminal justice. My educational goals are to obtain a bachelor degree and eventually moving on to an advanced degree program. I am looking for a school that will balance both my educational and athletic interests.
Evaluation by Lee Ann Jarvis:
01/12/2018 - 2018 Softball Factory All-America Pre-Season Tournament Mollie is a 2020 RHP with a balanced skill set. On the mound, Mollie has a calm presence. She shows good balance, a fluid/free arm action and controlled mechanics. She uses a 3-pitch package that includes a change up with a 16mph difference from her fastball. She is able to keep the ball low and generate ground ball outs for her defense. In the box. Mollie is a RHH that has an aggressive approach. She makes consistent contact to all fields and shows power potential. Working to extend through contact will allow her to see more gap production. Overall, Mollie is a coachable player and with continued exposure she will have the opportunity to take her game to the next level.
