I am a dedicated student who is focused on my education. I currently carry a 3.2 GPA and I want to ultimately study biology in college. Education is my top priority.
I also love to play softball. I have been playing travel softball since I was twelve years old. I played 6 years of travel hockey as well, but I gave it up two years ago, to totally focus on softball in the hopes of playing at the collegiate level.
I am currently in my second season of playing softball for my high school. I was a captain and starting shortstop on the junior varsity team last year in my freshman year during which, I was pulled up to the varsity squad to play in several games including district playoffs.
Currently, I play in the outfield on the varsity team, but have also been training to back up the starting first base senior. In addition, I have played several games as a catcher for the varsity squad due to unexpected injuries to the starting and backup catcher.
I will pick my travel season back up after the completion of high school playoffs in June with the Michigan Legends Black 16U team. We will be playing in tournaments in Michigan and Ohio in June and July.
I am extremely interested in speaking with college coaches and visiting college campuses at D1, D2, D3 and NAIA colleges in the United States as I consider my collegiate education and softball pursuits
