Paloma Beacham '21 Recruiting Profile

Hey Coach,

thanks for checking out my profile, and I really hope you consider reaching out to me for your college.  I have a huge passion for running, and am on my senior year of cross country at Grosse Pointe South, receiving my 4th varsity letter.  My goal is only to get better, which in my head means hard work,  a determined mentality, and a competitive sense of mind.  I come from a Spanish background, on my mom's side, filled with soccer players.  But I tried something different freshman year, and I definitely don't regret it.  But being a good athlete also means being smart.  To excel in the future, it's essential to excel in things leading to your future. I keep my grades as a first priority and only want to improve them.  I am enrolled in all Honor/AP classes and am a member of the National Honors Spanish Society.  Cross Country has taught me to become better at time management, which is important when doing a college sport.
