Personal Statement
Hi Coach, my name is Rae Downing! I am intrinsically motivated and strive for personal betterment and excellence simply because it's what I demand of myself. Daily, I try to improve by .1%. I pride myself on my leadership capabilities, both vocally and by example; I push myself and my teammates to be the kind of teammate you would like to have. I would love to be a part of a program that shares my sentiments and holds similar values: a program that uplifts their athletes and pushes them to their full potential.
