I would like to play softball at a mid-sized or small college with a good reputation for science and engineering.
I have been the starting catcher for the varsity team all three years of high school. I have grown into a team leader, calling plays and most of the pitches for games. I also play club softball.
I am a multi-sport athlete. I have qualified for state in swimming every year in high school. I also played goalie for the junior varsity lacrosse team for two years.
My coaches would say I am a hard worker and natural leader. I really enjoy training, competing, encouraging others, and leading by example. I attend a Christian school and my faith is an important part of my life. The culture of a team will be an important part of my decision to play college softball.
