My very aggressive personality is what makes me who I am. I became interested in softball when I was nine. All of my friends played softball and I was looking to play another sport besides soccer and volleyball so I decided to go out for the softball team. Ive learned alot over the many years of playing softball such as you can always become better and there's always more to improve on. I plan to graduate with a 3.9 GPA or higher and when I get into college I plan to do the same. I have overcome many obstacles such as being cut from my team when I was 12 because I was too short. It was very hard on my mental state and I didnt think I was going to be good enough for any team out there but I moved on and tried out for a new team 4 days later and made it.
I now have been playing for the same team for three years now. I have learned a lot of things from playing softball such as how to work as a team, the good mindset you need to have going into the game, and the biggest one i've learned is a good positive attitude. I believe I have the right mindset, attitude, and the ability to work well with others. I hope someday I play softball for a good softball program and have opportunities to play at the college level.
