When I started playing softball, I entered a whole new world. This world was so different from what I was use too. I always did Martial Arts (Karate: Black Belt Society member) so playing softball has created a new dynamic and interest in team sports that was not present in my life. It was amazing to see what happened when I went from a solitary sport to playing with a team. With softball it gave me a chance to be with a group of people who shared my interest and made me work harder to make them and myself the best players and team we could be. The atmosphere on the field with, all the softball equipment always gave me an energy boost, very much like stepping into a dojo and leaving all outside things where they belong "outside". It could have been the worst experience in my life but the moment I stepped on the field I became a whole new and different person. It became one of the best things to ever happen to me.
