As a player, I am known to be a good listener as well as a hard worker who is dedicated to improving myself as well as my team. I take in constructive criticism, use it to my benefit and put in the time and effort necessary to perfect those skills. I am committed to my team and encourage them to be the best they can be. Because of this, my high school coach selected me to receive the Royal Comet award in my freshman year as a varsity starter. I am often complimented on my “powerful hitting” and “smooth footwork”. I have a strong desire to use these strengths while playing in my freshman year of college to contribute positively to my team. My goal is to attend an academically selective or highly selective college in the eastern region with a highly competitive DII or DIII softball program. I'm also considering DI if the match is right. Currently, I am undecided on my major, but I'm exploring various fields.
