I have played softball since the age of five, and travel softball since the age of seven. I’ve always aspired to play at the next level. I always knew deep down that I wanted to play college softball but I never knew that I wanted to be a pitcher for a college team until around the age of ten. This is when I first picked up a softball and pitched on a mound. The mound is where I truly connect with the game and myself.
I have four short term goals for right now. Beginning with graduating high school, playing softball in college, graduating college, and becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
I would like to attend a school that fits my strengths as an academic and athletic student. Some of my strengths include; I work very hard on and off the field and in and out of all of my classes. I am very coachable, if someone asks me to do something or work on something I always do with no complaints. I am not shaken by many things, if I miss a ball, miss my spot, or even strike out I automatically shake it off and try even harder the next time.
This is a sneak peek about me, my love of softball, and future goals as an academic and athletic student. I look forward to hearing and learning more about perspective softball programs.
