McKinna Taylor '22 Recruiting Profile

My main goal is obtaining a scholarship to a school that will allow me to reach my goal of being a teacher, and one day a coach.  I have been playing softball since the age of 4, and my love for the game is what drives me.  My passion for the game, my work ethic, and my competitive nature allows me to be successful on the field.  I feel my best attribute is that I do not allow stressful situations bother me, as I thrive under pressure situations.  I strive to help my teammates grow, and I get excited when they make an awesome play more so than myself.  Being the best student I can be is very important, and it is my mission to be the best student athlete on the field!  I have learned to rely upon older leaders on my team for advice to become a better person, and an aggressive player.  I started my 9th grade year at 3rd base. Finished second in class 5A.
