My name is Reagen White. My main two positions are 3rd base and catcher, but I have also played shortstop, 2nd base and 1st base in my career. I am a senior in the Mid Carolina High School class of 2021. I started playing softball at the age of 5 years old for my local recreational league and fell in love with the game instantly. Through playing softball I have learned that I am a hard worker, dedicated, and absolutely love to win. Many athletes have their own obstacles to overcome in their careers, but my obstacle was in 2019 when I hurt my ulnar nerve in my elbow. Throughout that season I pushed through the injury., ending the season as an All-Region player and the Gold Glove player for my high school team.
Not only am I dedicated on the field, but I am also dedicated to give back to my community. Over the last three years I have received three Presidential Gold Community Service Awards (250+ hours per year). I especially love to help out at the Pomaria SC Community Food Bank because it is my community. I am also a faithful volunteer for Relay for Life, Special Olympics and Prisma Health Children's Hospital among many others.
I am aiming to to finish high school with a 5.2 GPA and I look to continue my academic success in college. I plan on majoring in Nursing and later become a Nurse Anesthetist.
