The first time walking on the softball field I never imagined how it was going to impact my life. When you step on the field, you have to become one with your team and push yourself to benefit each other. I have learned when you mess up on a play, let it go and keep your head held high. Through my time on the field, I have grown as a person and learned the true meaning of teamwork through hard work and dedication.
I foresee my college years to be a chapter in my life for personal growth. My love for animals has pushed me to pursue the field of veterinary science. I am a strong-willed young lady who doesn’t give up easily. I plan on being aggressive on the field and a positive influence on the team. As I physically and mentally grow throughout my college softball career, I will strive to be an asset to the defense and offense lineup. Most importantly, I will carry myself with honor and respect knowing how it will reflect on my team, coaches, and the school I attend.
