Hannah Burney '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to continue the dream for 4 more years, I am very passionate about softball and have set my goals and I do not plan on stopping until I reach them. I work hard both in the classroom and on the field and I do  not give up when faced with a challenge. I feel that I am a dependable player, my teammates can count on me to give it everything I got, every single time I step onto the field. I try to step up and be a leader within my team, lead them by example of having a good attitude and good body language. I also like to encourage them when they are down and also recognize and appreciate them when they do good things.  I keep a good working relationship with my coaches and often look to them for advice on workouts, or what they feel I need to improve on and I go and work on it until I feel I accomplished that goal of getting better.

Never let "good enough" be good enough is something I have always lived by when it comes to my grades and also my sports. I am passionate about softball and running cross country and strive to also work hard in the classroom. 

There is no one who will work harder than me and that is a promise.
