Hello, I am Joliana Mancha, I first started playing softball when I was 5 years old and I instantly fell in love with the game. After playing this sport for so long, I learned that one of my greatest strengths is my dedication to succeed in any and all goals that I set for myself. Along with softball, education is very important to me. I have high expectations for myself and I always strive to do my best with any goal I set. These expectations are what has motivated me to excel in my academics. Hard work and dedication are what has helped me achieve my goals so far and what will help me achieve my goal of playing college softball and graduate with my degree in Psychology. I am a very caring and social person who loves to talk and be a supportive friend for others. Having a strong bond with others I work with and with my team is important to me, my team is like my family.
