I am looking forward to graduating in the top 10% of my high school class. I will most likely be pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Education. I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old. It wasn't until I was 10 that I realized that I wanted to play in a more competitive league. I enjoyed being a part of the team atmosphere and I have never minded going to team practices, hitting or pitching lessons. I have enjoyed being around other girls who encourage and support each other with the same goals in mind. We push each other as a team and work to be better individuals on and off the field. Every season, we set our goals higher as a team and as individuals. I have learned what dedication is by being involved in sports. I have enjoyed pushing myself to be better by attending camps and playing travel ball. I have learned about time management and commitments to myself and team. My dad is a fifth generation farmer and he has taught me about patience, endurance and worth ethic. My parents have taught me that I can do anything that I am willing to work for and put my mind to.
