My name is Amelia Gay and I have been playing Softball since I was 5 years old. As my first time stepping onto the fields, I always have had the dream of playing college Softball.
All too year I have been putting love, effort and hard work into the games. I love pitching, sliding with strength, stealing bases with speed but also enjoy playing all positions in this sport. I have a strong mind set and give my All once stepping onto the field, as well as having great leadership skills and I am very coachable.
I work year round on my skills in Softball, but I also have been participating in school sport in Varsity Volleyball, Varsity Basketball and Cheer.
In the classroom, I also thrive to be great. I study to maintain a high GPA. Induced in the National Honor Society of last year, I also received Second Team Infielder in Softball last year, and honorable mention in Basketball. This year I received First team in Volleyball.
I want to attend college to help further my knowledge, push myself in the classroom and of course on the softball field. I am open to all options and ultimately want to find the right college that fits my needs and will be the greatest match for me and my future. I want to be a great role model for my younger sister and make my parents and family proud.
