My name is Megan Lightcap it is my dream to continue to playing softball throughout my college years. Simply put I love the game and I am a strong athlete. I have been groomed by my parents and private coaches the fundamentals of softball since an early age. I was homeschooled till I entered the public school system, 6th grade. I graduated Magnolia High School May 2018 and currently a sophmore at Meridian Community College. I have an appreciation of learning and on the deans list.
Looking back and understanding the financial aspects of my childhood I see how fortunate and blessed to have my family and friends. My family has limited resources and my parents, Elizabeth and Joseph and even my little sister, Emily have sacrificed so much so I could obtain my dreams of furthering my education. It is my goal to help my family by getting a quality education. I also have met so many wonderful people I never would have met had it not been for softball and life long friends all because of softball.
