Softball has always been the sport that I have loved, and the sport that has been constant in my life from a young age. Growing up, I spent all my time (other then Sundays due to church) on the ball field. Whether that be my older sisters softball games, my brothers baseball games or my own ball tournaments. I have had the privilege of working with some of the best coaches in the world in my opinion. Teaching me to be confidant in my skills, but also to trust my team. To be respectful not to just my coaches but to each of my teammates. I take respect very seriously, and because of that I can confidently say that I've always gotten better at my sport because of the constant practice of doing what my coaches tell me. Knowing I might only have 2 more years of playing my favourite sport competitively, I know that I will work as hard as I can to make sure my Sr year of high school isn't my last year. I have dedicated my time to learning many positions, and in a bind I have needed to use my quick learning ability to help my team, or my coaches. I am confident that I know the game of softball, and that I am ready, but will be even more ready to compete on a collage level by my graduating year.
