Delaney Riddle '21 Recruiting Profile

I am an enthusiastic person with a passion for the game of softball.  I started with tee ball in our local little league and played through the junior level.  I was a captain of the majors and junior little league teams and my Blaze travel club.  I'm a utility player, but my primary positions have been center field and first base.   I am on a new travel club this year and my primary position is third base.   I believe in supporting my team whether I'm on the field playing or giving encouragment from the bench.  I want to continue strengthening my skills to have the ability to play at the highest competitive level possible.

I am a leader by example.  I am first on and off the field and I am always grabbing gear to take to the field and to put away.    I participate in leadership opportunities at school and enjoy giving back to my community whenever I can by volunteering.

It has always been my dream to play softball in college while continuing my education to become an elementary school teacher.  I would love to go to college in the Pacific Northwest or attend a PAC-12 college.  Some locations I would love are Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California.
