Lucy Ford '26 Recruiting Profile

I have played softball since I was 5 years old and absolutely love it.  I've always loved being a part of something bigger than myself.  I also play basketball and soccer but nothing compares to softball in my eyes. I am a competitor and want to continue to play at the collegiate level.  I can't imagine not playing an extra four years of the sport that I love. If you were to ask one of my teammates, they would say I have a positive attitude which adds value to the team and challenges everyone to do their best.  My work ethic is solid.  I work hard to achieve goals that I set for myself. I apply this work ethic in school as well.  I have challenging classes and strive for the best grades possible.  I am excited to further my knowledge and have new opportunities in college, both in class and on the softball field.
