Madelyn Shelton '24 Recruiting Profile

I’ve developed a passion for swimming through my time in the pool. Over the years I’ve grown more aware of how much being a swimmer has made me into the person I am, and taught me to be driven, committed, and a leader. At this point, I am determined to further pursue swimming, in my college career and continue to grow as an athlete. It's always been one of my values that as much as swimming is an individual sport, it's also a team sport. I’m eager to develop new relationships with coaches and teammates while I continue to grow as an athlete. I’ve spent this year coaching younger swimmers and working in school as a student leader in ASB.
