There has always been a main goal in my life. That goal is to get to college and play college softball. Every year I loved watching college softball because I found it so fascinating to watch these players play for their enjoyment and wanting to get better. I have always wanted to get better as a player and a person. So far I would say I’m doing a great job at that.
I’ve always been known to have energy when on the softball field and can pick up teammates. Being a center fielder only allows me to support my teammates. When I am in the outfield I try my best everyday to keep my team in a ball game. Softball is a game of failure and you’re going to fail more than you succeed. I have failed multiple times in my career and I am still expecting to fail many more. I am also expecting to succeed and lead teams with the best of my ability. After I am in center to my next start I always evaluate myself as a player and focus on what I have to do next to try to keep my team in the game. I will do something everyday to get better and to get ready for the next time I step out on the field.
When I get to college I would want to be on a bigger campus and study nursing. It would be a dream to help people big and small, and know that I could be changing someones life everyday.
I would prefer to go to school down south because of the warm weather and I could be outside practicing and playing more than up north. I want to play at the highest level of softball I can possible play and I am determined to work hard to get to that level.
