Personal Statement

Throughout my lifetime, the game of softball has been a part of my serenity and tranquility. Respecting all aspects of this mesmerizing and enticing game, softball will always hold a place in my heart. Eight years of travel softball, countless road trips, memories with the girls I am blessed to share a field with, and the sense of home I have will never be replaced. As I look to further my academic and athletic career, I take my athletics seriously, but I strongly believe that my academics hold a bit more value. Summing up, in a place I look to call my third home, to the side of my hometown of Kenosha, Wisconsin and any softball diamond I step foot on, the environment will be what is right for me emotionally, physically, and socially.
