selena daley '20 Recruiting Profile

My Name is Selena Daley.  I would like to major in journalism and coaching in the next level. I've honestly dreamed of playing college basketball ever since I was 13, that's when I first started playing club basketball, when I was 12, I started first with YMCA. I am currently maintaining a 3.6 GPA as a sophomore at Cactus High School. My coaches in the past have always said I was a positive, motivational and dependable leader for the team.  Regardless of the game and the outcome, I keep my composure, and remain positive for my teammates knowing that they look up to me to be there for them and to bring them up after a tough game. i love that about basketball. win or lose, I love doing what i can to help my team and do what we can as a whole to win. I hope to do that in college, and to experience being a humble, positive leader for my team. My main position is a shooting guard, but i can also play the point guard.
