My goal is to play college basketball while gaining a great education. I am very passionate about both basketball and school, and I am driven to succeed in everything I do. It has been said in my family, many times, that I was born with a basketball in my hand, and I am very competitive. Being the youngest of five siblings has taught me t be more resilient and has given me thicker skin. I have been playing basketball for as long as I can remember. The thing I love most about the game is when I step on the court, everything else going on in my life fades into the background, and the game I love is my priority. One of my greatest strengths, so I have been told, is that I am very coachable. Leading my team on and off the court is something I strive to do every day.
Additionally, one of my biggest assets is that I am willing to play whatever position necessary to help my team. I also feel that my commitment to my physical development and conditioning before, during, and after the season sets me apart from a lot of other recruits. My experience in High School and club teams, as well as doing personal training and volunteering at camps for youth Basketball players has helped me grow as a player and teacher. Basketball has always been a major part of my life and I am excited about the opportunity to take my athletic career to the next level.
