Aleena Ridley '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Aleena, I am apart of the class of 2022. Academics are very important to me. It has been my goal all of high school to stay on the AB honor roll. I am apart of National Honor Society, National Art Honor Society, National English Honor Society, Diversity club, and I am a Student Ambassador for my school.

I have been playing basketball since 4th grade, and I have not stopped since then. I am good for your team because I am a leader and a hard worker. I push to achieve my goals. Basketball is my passion and it has been my goal since I was very young to play in college. I want to make my mom proud! I am a captain for my AAU team as well as my high school team. I will always have a good attitude on and off the court. I am committed to maintaining my 4.1 GPA as well as being a productive player on the team! I have a jobs and being a student-athlete has taught me great time management skills. Any free time I have, I spend with my family or playing basketball.  For my junior year, I am still enrolled at ASA, but I am playing for Geneva Classical Academy because we do not have a team this year.
